Angry Calf at Home Workout feat. Jade Mead
We are all spending a lot more time at home than we are used to and with the Covid-19 outbreak forcing the closure of our favourite gyms & workout spots, we are going to have to adapt to make sure we stay fit and healthy during this time of unprecedented change.
To help you stay on track, we are putting together a series of at home workouts that have been developed by some of our brilliant followers, most of whom are elite athletes or personal trainers. These workouts can be done with minimal equipment but are sure to give you a great challenge and hopefully inspire you to continue your fitness journey from the comfort of home!

Movement #1: Banded Squats - 4 Sets of 20 Reps
Movement #2: Glutei Bridges - 4 Sets of 20 Reps
Movement #3: Seated Abduction - 4 Sets of 15 Reps
Movement #4: Single Leg Hip Thrusts - 3 Sets of 12 Reps
Movement #5: Lateral Step Outs - 3 Sets of 20 Reps
Movement #6: Kneeling Kickbacks - 3 Sets of 12 Reps
